Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship to all European countries, Morocco, the US, Canada, and Gulf countries (see the detailed list below). Since BARABIAN ships from Italy and Morocco, shipping rates may vary depending on the destination. Please note that additional duties and taxes may apply for orders placed outside the EU and Morocco.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days. Delivery times, as outlined below, are calculated from the day your package leaves the BARABIAN warehouse:

Italy & Morocco: 1-3 business days

Europe, US, Canada: 2-5 business days

Asia: 3-5 business days
Important: Delivery times may be longer during sales periods.
All shipments are handled by DHL, Aramex, and UPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.
Information about Customs
For shipments outside Europe, packages may be held at customs for inspection. Unfortunately, this process could take up to 30 days before the package is forwarded to your delivery address. If your package has not arrived after the customs clearance period, please contact us. After the 30-day period, we will initiate an investigation into your shipment.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
BARABIAN ships from our warehouses in Italy and Morocco. Orders over €100 from these locations qualify for free shipping. For orders under €100 or deliveries to other countries, shipping costs will vary depending on your delivery address and selected method.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Orders shipped from BARABIAN’s Italy warehouse may be subject to duties and taxes if delivered outside the EU. Within the EU, no additional custom charges apply.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. However, you can return items free of charge after receiving your order.

Is my package insured?
Yes, all shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit until they are delivered to you. If your package arrives damaged, we recommend refusing delivery or noting the condition upon receipt if signing for the package.

Yes, you can specify a delivery address different from your home address when placing your order.
