Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days, we
cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received
In their original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the
approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method
within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds:
• Check your bank account first
• Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary)
• If you still haven’t received your refund, Contact – Barabian.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at

Returning Your Order

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance for expensive items, as we
cannot guarantee receipt.
Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
